Fellows Club Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fellows Club, each item is made-to-order with care. This means your order is created especially for you, helping us reduce waste and focus on sustainable production. Because of this, returns work a little differently than with mass-produced items.


🔄 Returns

We accept returns only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

As all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, colour, or change of mind.

Please check our size guides carefully before ordering to make sure you choose the best fit.


🛠 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at 📧 info@fellowsclub.co.uk

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange either:

   A replacement (free of charge), or

   A full refund to your original payment method.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Once approved, please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.


📦 Exchanges

Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.


🌍 International Orders (EU & USA)

Please note: Any customs duties, import fees, or taxes paid are non-refundable.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect delivery details, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
